How It Works
- QuietCare™ Cool Moisture System: Dry air is pulled through the humidifier and the QuietCare™ fan blows out invisible, moisture-balanced air. Unwanted minerals and bacteria from the water are trapped inside the filter. When the unit is running, you WILL NOT see or feel a "mist". You will know your humidifier is putting moisture into the air as you watch the water level in your tank decrease throughout the day.
- Protec™ Cleaning Cartridge: This unique cartridge features an advanced patented media which continually inhibits the growth of odor-causing bacteria and mold in the cartridge as well as prevents the buildup of minerals in your humidifier. In addition, the Protec™ cartridge provides peace of mind that the mist is fresh and clean*.
- Protec™ Antimicrobial Treated Filter: Your filter has been treated with Protec™ antimicrobial which helps prevent surface growth and migration of mold, mildew, algae, fungus and odor-causing bacteria in the filter for its life - approximately 1-3 months**. Keep in mind, depending on your water quality, mineral deposits can still clog or discolor the filter, affecting its life and that of the humidifier.
