The Premium Universal Carbon Pre-filter HRF-APP1 is an upgrade of the basic HRF-AP1. Not only does it help reduce common household odors and trap more dirt particles than standard carbon filters, maximizing the HEPA filter life, but it is better at reducing odors AND helps get rid of unhealthy household gases (VOCs).

Replace approximately every 3 months.
  • Captures dust, lint, pet fur, & other ariborne particles
  • Activated carbon helps trap household odors
  • Better at reducing odors AND helps get rid of unhealthy household gases (VOCs)
  • Can be cut to make 1 - 8 pre-filters (depends on purifier model)
  • Fits almost all Honeywell Round, QuietCare, & SilentComfort Series air purifiers (50000 Series, 17000 Seires, 18150 Series, 40100 & 40200 Series)


* The HRF-APP1 can replace the following pre-filters:
